At Feathers Bangladesh, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about a product purchased from us, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase/delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags/labels attached.

  • Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange an item for a different size or product.

  • Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges for all exchanges.

  • Customers must arrange and send the item via courier at their own expense.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to inspection and availability.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued for 80% of the purchase price, as shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

🕒 Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Bank transfers may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at feathersofficialbd@gmail.com with:

    • Picture of the item

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Your name and address

  2. We’ll reply with the return address.

  3. Ship the item to us via your local courier.

  4. Once we receive and approve the item, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange.


Exceptions:

  • SALE / Clearance / Discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.

  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or found to be used/damaged will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

    • Notify us via email within 3 days of delivery.

    • Attach photographic evidence of the issue.

    • Return the product within 7 days (if the claim is accepted).

    • Return shipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed.

  • Feathers Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Product out of stock

    • Pricing errors

    • Payment issues


Disclaimer:

Feathers Bangladesh reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange claim if the item:

  • Is damaged due to misuse

  • Is returned without original packaging or labels

  • Does not meet our return criteria
